Due to their custom nature, personalized items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged.We do offer exchanges for personalized items with production errors or shipping damage.

🔄 Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement free of charge.Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

💸 Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.We will notify you via email when the refund is approved.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.

• We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
